Good job! You guys did awesome on your project, I liked the amount of facts and information you guys gave us on FDR. You guys really told us a lot about who FDR is and what he is all about. I think one thing you guys should have worked on was the time amount of time you put on your video. Overall great work!
ReplyDeleteNice presentation and I liked how you tried to memorize the presentation and tried not to look at your notes. You guys had some very interesting facts about FDR that I did not know. Maybe next time just have the class listen to little bits and pieces of the speeches, not the whole thing. But your videos were good, they showed emotion and what the environment was like back then. Overall you had a good presentation and thought it was very organized.
ReplyDeletevery good presentation you guys had a lot of facts and your information was spot on with the way you presented it. you really told us a lot on who FDR was and how he looked at rough times. one thing that you could have done a little better was to tie it into the depression little more not just the war and the RRR but overall very good!

ReplyDeleteGood job guys. You two knew your information pretty well and didn't clutter your powerpoint with facts. One thing to work at might be projecting your voices. sitting in the back, it was a little difficult to hear some parts of the presentation
ReplyDeletei thought the videos you added really put a lot into your presentation, good job. the facts were are really good and interesting as well, maybe you could have spoke more about the depression, but overall it was very good!
ReplyDeleteGood job guys learned a lot about the great FDR. I did not know he died of a brain hemorrhage caused by stress and smoking, I thought he died directly from polio. Maybe less video time next time, the videos were great but they were too much of the focus.
ReplyDeleteYou guys had a good presentation! I like the videos of the speech. Its always nice to have film on a person in history because I gives you a better feel for their personality. One thing you could have worked on was the flow of your speech. When switching between speakers there were some pauses, but in my own presentation I had the same problem. Good presentation in general!
ReplyDeleteI thought your information was great. I studied FDR in high school and didn't think i would get to much out of it but i was pleasantly shocked. I learned new things on top of all the basic information. You both obviously put the work in, because all of the info was in the presentation. The only thing i would have changed is to make the presentation a little more energetic. Other than that fantastic job :)

ReplyDeleteYou two had a very great presentation and I learned a lot of information from your presentation, it was very informative and I loved that about it. The one thing that I thought you two could have done different is maybe make more eye contact, but other than that it was wonderful!

One thing I would of liked to see more of was pictures and maybe a little more creativity with the slides. Besides those two points, I learned a lot about the impact FDR had on the Great Depression and you guys did a good job!
ReplyDeleteI enjoyed how you guys tied most of the information about Roosevelt to the Great Depression. The facts you provided about the New Deal were great and helped me understand the state of the economy back then a little better. I enjoyed watching the Pearl Harbor speech, but didn't see how it related to the rest of the presentation.
ReplyDeleteGood job on your presentation guys. You did great. You provided a lot of information about FDR. I didn't know much about the guy or anything about the new deal before this presentation. Although you did great, I must say that it might have turned out better if you included a little more info about FDR's actions towards Pearl Harbor.
ReplyDeleteI thought you guys did a good job on your presentation. THere was so much information that you guys shared. I could tell that you two really learned a lot about Roosevelt. The only thing I would've suggested was to break up the video and just take the main points of his speech so that it wasn't that long. But overall great job!
ReplyDeleteOverall, good job on the presentation guys! I learned a lot about President FDR and how he effected the Great Depression. It helped me learn a little bit about what the economy was like in America around that time. I think you guys chosen a better video to show to the class but overall, great job.
